They will work closely with the project team to ensure delivery of projects meet the approved scope, cost, schedule and quality for the project.
They will manage the project risk and mitigation activities to provide alternative options to resolve the issues.
They will create monthly IT customer account updates, critical project updates and project funnel updates.
The incumbent will assist the customer success team to develop customer profile to provide the summary of market and customer IT needs, org structure and strategic priorities.
**Detailed Description**:Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:- Qualify and help prioritize requirements and demands for small to medium initiatives- Works with Enterprise architects / COE Leads/IT Business Partners to document/communication Customer project needs/requirements- Manage all aspects of small to intermediate projects through the project lifecycle, including project scope, schedule, resources, quality, costs and change- Prepare realistic project plans, estimates and budgets, and track activities against these plans- Manage task assignment to project resources and reporting on and managing project scope throughout the lifecycle- Provide regular and accurate reports to stakeholders as appropriate- Assists in documenting customer roadmap/strategy and IT strategy (quarterly)- Develops documentation, cases studies and other marketing collateral to help sell/differentiate Celestica IT**Knowledge/Skills/Competencies**:Technical thinking skills:- Demonstrable negotiation skills.- Advanced verbal and written communication skills - experienced in defining business requirements.- Creative problem solving experience.- Ability to support IT projects.
Defines, documents and carries out small / medium projects (< $200K, < 6 months), actively participating in all phases.
Effectively manages projects with 5 to 10 team members.
Experienced in managing project deliverables of at least 1 third party vendor.- Ability to effectively work within a team environment.- Understanding of the enabling relationship between Celestica IT environment and business functions and processes
