Guides specialists/ associates to monitor and evaluate the progress of trainees and the effectiveness of training using both formal and informal, written, and other evaluation tools.- Owns the delivery of enterprise-wide Learning and Development special projects involving the development of innovative solutions to deal with complex problems in the domains of training design and delivery, skill gap analysis, curriculum design, etc. consistent with organizational objectives and long-term strategy.- Consults with leaders from other functions, departments, and external partners for formulating effective responses for all types of workforce training needs and translate them into learning opportunities. Supports the development and maintenance of appropriate certification programs as per enterprise needs along with the selection of the appropriate training strategy and delivery methods based on the learning principles, audience, budget, and learning need.- Provides advisory and consultation services on end-to-end employee training needs, and related issues as per organizational practices, procedures, and processes and in line with the required standards and timelines as the organization's principal Subject Matter Expert on the domain. Represents the organization when dealing with external consultants/vendors and other agencies and ensures that the organizational interests and objectives are supported.- Determines the objectives and approach for internal continuous improvement projects to develop solutions and improvements to initiatives and programs across the Learning and Development function in partnership with HR/Business leaders and cross-functional teams whilst ensuring coherence with the organization's long-term plans
