.Do you have a genuine desire to help customers solve problems by providing premium customer service? Are you ready to support Account Managers and Field Sales in achieving design and business wins and revenue growth targets? In this role you will support sales operations activities for all Regional Distribution accounts in the designated region.Job DescriptionIn your new role you will:Provide premium service to internal and external customers and stakeholdersDeliver field sales team (AM/FAE) with timely responses to inquiries from distributors or customersCollaborate and align across multi-functional organizationsManage professional relationships, attend meetings/callsSupport product order information, management and follow upSupport with Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) Legal communicationResearch and analyze reports to support the distribution businessResearch and report part information and material documentationPerform data entry and trackingWork with SAP/CRM for Pricing/Registrations/LogisticsResolve customer cases in tool as requiredSupport with internal/external sales rep inquiriesYour ProfileYou are best equipped for this task if you have:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related preferred, not required3-5 years inside sales, sales operations or industry related experienceExcellent English communication, written and verbal skills, comfortable with customer communicationAmbitious and willing to research to find solutionsFamiliar with MSD 365, IDIS, SAP/CRMKeen computer skills, especially Excel and OutlookExtremely detailed organizational skillsAdaptability/Flexibility (Hybrid work)Ability to work well both independently and within the teamStrong analytical thought processPremium customer service mindedDesire to follow up, close out issues, and make an impact#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.As a global leader in semiconductor solutions in power systems and IoT, Infineon enables game-changing solutions for green and efficient energy, clean and safe mobility, as well as smart and secure IoT.
