.Act as point of contact and support our local Site Security Contacts in regard to Guard Force Management and Access and Visitor ProcessesIn your new role you will:- Act as point of contact and support our local Site Security Contacts in regard to- Guard Force Management- Access and Visitor Processes- Audit support- (Critical) Scrap Management- Implementation of global security policies and processes- General security-related questions- Oversee and administer the external guard force contract- Create standards and measure effectiveness of guard services and performance in Americas (U.S. of America, Mexico, Canada)- Manage Infineon's regional Security Control Center (SCC) as part of the global Joint Operations Center (JOC) organization- Directly supervise the regional security control center (SCC) that responds to alarms such as duress, burglary, etc.- Ensure guard post orders and standing operating procedures exists and are effectively implemented- Create reports utilizing existing systems ad hoc and per schedule.- Create company badges and manage access rights regionally- Effectively coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on security incidents- Support Security Operations for crisis situations (mass communication, etc.) and intelligence reports- Identify process improvements, and manage regional implementation- Ensure proper alignment and reporting with the global JOC function.Travel to and work in the United States for short periods, e.G. to oversee the critical scrap (branded goods, noble metals, prototypes, etc.) destruction process.**Your Profile**You are best equipped for this task if you have:- Bachelor's degree in a security relevant profession or any equivalent on-academic background- Minimum of 8+ years of professional experience in:- Guard force leadership- SCC operations & emergency operations- Security systems design- Intelligence analysis and reporting.- A positive attitude, strong analytic skills, excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to present technical proposals in a clear and concise manner, and the ability to work with diverse teams and world-wide peers collaboratively- Self-motivated, driven to learn and pragmatic- Native/bilingual or full professional proficiency in English and Spanish, both in writing and speaking Prior NATO military experience or clearance a plus.- Ability to travel to and work in the United States for short periods is preferredSecurity and Security System certification like PSP, CPP, Lenel Administrator, or similar certification preferred**#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.**As a global leader in semiconductor solutions in power systems and IoT, Infineon enables game-changing solutions for green and efficient energy, clean and safe mobility, as well as smart and secure IoT.
