As a result, we have worked with top-tier brands across many verticals and are looking for someone who can lead the development and execution of sponsorship strategies to enhance our brand presence and generate revenue. We are looking for a hungry sales professional to join and lead our Brand Partnerships team in Mexico City. This role involves identifying, negotiating, and managing partnerships with external organizations, brands, and events that align with our company's goals and values.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and cultivate relationships with potential sponsors, partners, and industry influencersDevelop and implement a comprehensive sponsorship strategy to achieve business objectivesBring in suitable and ambitious client briefsCollaborate with internal teams to create compelling sponsorship proposals and presentationsAttend client meetings and pitchesStrategically and creatively build a strong long-term pipelineMeet quarterly sales goalsIdentify and understand trends within entertainment, experiences and social media, and be able to articulate them to clientsLead a team of sponsorship professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve targetsRepresent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunitiesSkills & Experience RequiredMinimum of 6 years of experience in sponsorship management, business development, or a related fieldProven track record of securing and managing high-value sponsorshipsAbility to build and foster strong client relationshipsExcellent negotiation and relationship-building skillsAn entrepreneurial can-do attitudeA self-starter and comfortable in ambiguity - working through things for the first timeAbility to think creatively and make data-driven decisionsSkilled in crafting slide decks and written pitch materialsStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyFluency in English language is a requirementDesirableA strong list of direct client and/or agency contactsExperience in brand partnerships and/or brand experiencesBenefits & PerksAttractive compensation package consisting of base salary and the potential to earn a significant bonus for top performance
