Senior Staff Specialist Engineer

Ensure quality management system department compliance to site requirements and manufacturability of new product designs by coordinating a high level cross-functional team that reviews current site capabilities and coordinating the completion of these activities to ensure product and process readiness prior to acceptance (site representation)

In your new role you will:

- **Support in the activities related to the review and implementation of the quality management system and its requirements, including customer requirements and international standards**:

- **Coordinating all internal audits and customer audits/visits, preparing the audit readiness plan, transportation logistics for customers and auditors, leading preparation review meetings with auditees and following up on actions related to preparedness.

- Responsible to create and Following up corrective actions related to internal and external audits (Including customer findings)
- **Submission and execution of interdepartmental continual improvement projects (e.g., procedures, software, systems, procedures, tools, trainings, etc.
)**:

- Responsible to review all changes related to QMS Procedures and formats.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- 5 years of experience on similar position
- Engineering degree
- English 90%
- **Certified lead auditor (preferred)**:

- PDCA
- **8D**:

- **IATF 16949, AS90100, ISO9001**:

- **Quality system management**
