As a Senior Supply Chain Planner, you will orchestrate the supply chain to common objectives for assigned products. You will proactively manage supply fill rate through analytics and collaborate with internal partners to lead the value chain to objectives. You must have proficient data analysis skills and strong communication and leadership abilities. You will also develop an understanding of the value chain, including demand management, S&OP, silicon planning, inventory management, and logistics. Responsibilities include publishing supply responses, communicating risks and opportunities, understanding demand and revenue opportunities, and providing qualitative inputs to demand management. You will also manage inventory, supply fill rate metrics, and wafer/die inventory health. Education: Master's Degree or equivalent experience (preferred). Relevant experience: 3+ years. Industrial Engineering or Operations Research. Qualifications: Proficient with data and analytics, comfortable solving new problems, strong communication skills, proven leadership skills, knowledge of supply chain processes, and knowledge of the semiconductor value chain.
