**Title- Senior System Engineer/** **ServiceNow Developer****Location- Guadalajara and Mexico City (Remote initially)****Type of Hire- Full Time****Role Summary**:The ServiceNow Engineer will play a crucial role in optimizing and automating IT service management processes, leveraging their expertise in the ServiceNow platform.
This individual will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with ITIL best practices and client's business objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**:- **Incident and Problem Management**: Implement and manage ServiceNow modules for incident, problem, and change management, ensuring effective issue resolution and proactive problem prevention.- **Configuration Management**: Maintain and update the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to accurately reflect IT assets and their relationships.- **Service Catalog**: Develop and maintain a comprehensive Service Catalog within ServiceNow, enabling self-service capabilities for users and improving service request fulfillment.- **Collaboration**: Work closely with IT teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful adoption of ServiceNow.- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay abreast of ServiceNow updates and industry best practices, identifying opportunities for platform enhancements and process optimization.
