- We're expanding our People & Culture department in Mexico, and right now we're looking for a Training & Development professional.

As a Senior Training & Development specialist, you will play an integral role in **creating, implementing and facilitating employee development programs in the LatAm region**. You will get the flexibility to design and organize training courses by combining creativity, research and analysis of existing and new materials.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and manage global learning programs, ensuring program quality, effectiveness, consistency and scalability. Continuously drive program improvements;
- Deliver structured learning experiences and assess impact (both virtually and in-person);
- Partner closely with functional and regional stakeholders across the organization to identify learning needs and collaborate with team-members to build and deliver learning initiatives and solutions;
- Supervision and participation in internal projects; collaborate with other teams in the People & Culture department to implement global projects in the region of responsibility;
- Keep the learning content up to date: create boards and files for team collaboration;
- Collect analytics and evaluate the effectiveness of training activities;
- Conduct follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results;
- Work collaboratively with instructional designers;
- Analyze the effectiveness of training and workshops and deliver the appropriate modification, 1:1 coaching and reinforcement as needed. Act as a trusted partner for regional and global stakeholders to advise on and implement effective learning solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in planning, design, and delivery of training and facilitating meetings;
- Experience in tech companies and business partnering experience are beneficial;
- Solid program and project management skills,
- Knowledge of pedagogical design and methods for evaluating the effectiveness of training;
- English and Spanish proficiency, Portuguese would be an advantage;
- Demonstrated experience delivering training to a live audience virtually and in-person;
- Ability to use and facilitate e-learning authoring tools;
- Developed communication skills, ability to work independently, proactivity and creativity, technical and business acumen.
