Accountabilities:Essential Skills/Experience:- Experienced in direct search methodologies (i.E LinkedIn, ATS, CRM) and other recruitment tools to identify and engage with top talent- Demonstrable experience of research/mapping for executive level recruitment.
Producing content/lists that detail company structure, department hierarchy and key individuals.- Inquisitive, Curious personality, enjoys learning and discovery- Detail oriented and comfortable with analyzing and presenting data- Tenacity and resilience- Delivery focused- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proactive approach in addressing obstacles/barriers- Standout Colleague - Collaborative style of working, sharing successes with wider teamDesirable Skills/Experience:- Pharma industry knowledge and experience preferred- Educated to degree level- Multilingual would be advantageous to support a global marketplace- Research/Mapping experience gained within an executive search environment/function is highly desirable.When we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines.
