**Responsibilities**
- Prepare monthly and annual tax compliance and reporting, including preparation and filing of tax returns (Income tax, VAT, withholding taxes, ISSIF, DIOT, Transfer price study) in compliance with laws and regulations.
- Work in coordination with accounting to ensure correct tax supports in the day-to-day operations (CFDI´s issued and received, intercompany transactions supports, Payment Tax receipts, Customs transactions)
- Assist in the implementation of tax planning strategies, tax projects to be implemented and projections as needed.
- Prepare and maintain transfer pricing documentation.
- Identifies tax issues and resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Provide tax support and guidance to other departments within the organization.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in tax accounting or tax advisory.
- Strong knowledge of Mexican tax laws, NIF, USGAAP, Double taxation treaties, labor laws and foreign employees (Expats).
- Experience in SAP and CONTPAQ.
- Experience with tax compliance and reporting.
- Proficiency in tax software and MS Office Suite.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
