Are you passionate about tax software and compliance tools? We are seeking a talented individual to join our team and take ownership of key responsibilities in tax software management, compliance, and reporting tools. You will be the go-to person for ensuring effective relationships with partners, stakeholders, and various teams within the organization to address technical issues related to tax engines and reporting. Your work will involve collaborating with the business tax department, ERP organizations (SAP, S4 Hana, Oracle, Zuora), and our vendor of the Cloud tax engine solution to design effective solutions to meet customer needs. Responsibilities Work with the business tax department to understand their needs Collaborate with various ERP organizations to ensure proper setup, configuration and integration. Design effective solutions with our vendor of the cloud tax engine solution Resolve tickets from end users and coordinate troubleshooting between teams to solve customer issues Support cloud reporting software and evaluate impacts of new software releases Communicate and document application's operation (FAQs, best practices, enhancements, etc.) Qualifications Experience with OneSource Determination tax engine from Thomson Reuters or equivalent. Proven customer relationship skills. Familiarity with various ERP's such as SAP S4Hana, SAP, Oracle, Zuora. Understanding of basic financial concepts, accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes. Familiarity with file transferring using FTP clients Experience with Microsoft Suite of Applications Proficiency in troubleshooting reporting and performing data analysis Experience with software integrations and XML log documents analysis, including ERP systems and cloud applications is preferred. Experience working with applications & infrastructure including security and networking teams.
