Visual representation of current and future state processes, identifying areas for improvement; Strong presentation and communication skills; Upper-intermediate English level.Nice to havesRequirements Gathering: Skilled in stakeholder interviews, facilitating workshops, and observing workflows to identify inefficiencies; Documentation: Clear, structured writing of BRDs, including use cases and both functional/non-functional requirements. Version control and documentation management; Business Analysis: Strong problem-solving, prioritization of requirements, and feasibility analysis; Communication and Collaboration: Stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and effective presentation of BRDs; Tools and Software: Proficient with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Visio for requirements and process mapping; Process Mapping& Analysis: Proficient in Process Flow Diagramming, As-Is/To-Be Process Mapping, Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) and Value Stream Mapping; Process Analysis: Gap analysis, root cause analysis, and process optimization. Also with Lean and Six Sigma and Cost-Benefit Analysis; Process MappingTools: Proficiency in using tools like Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Bizagi, or IBM Blueworks Live for creating process maps and diagrams; Technical Knowledge: Understanding of system architecture, SDLC, cloud platforms, APIs, and data engineering; Strategic Thinking & Innovation: Long-term vision, roadmap planning, and continuous improvement mindset; Process Improvement & Change Management: Experience in streamlining processes and managing organizational change; Additional Tools: Familiar with project management tools (Jira, Asana) and collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom)
