Distribusion is quickly expanding globally and looking for a** (Senior) Technical Partnerships Managers** to join the **Carrier Operations** team to drive performance improvements of key carrier partnerships.
**What you will do**:
- Take responsibility for the support and growth of a portfolio of the world's leading bus carriers.
- Deliver commercial and technical initiatives cross functionally.
- Define and implement processes while constantly looking for areas of automation.
- Build relationships and increase stickiness to our product and company.
- Guide product development for our core product.
- Conceptualize and implement operational processes & tooling.
- Collaborate with all central functions and international teams.
- Drive strategic projects across the organization.
**Workplace**:
We are a remote first company, with teams located around the globe, and our HQ office in Berlin.
For this role you are ideally located in Europe, Canada, The United States, or Mexico.
**Who you are**:
- You bring 4+ years of experience in a fast paced environment (e.g Consulting/Product/Partnership teams in start-ups).
- You have native or near-native English language skills
- You have supported partners/clients in the US and/or Canada
- You have a working knowledge of APIs and integration technologies, or a strong technical acumen and the ability to pick up technology quickly.
- You naturally build strong commercial and technical relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
- You possess strong data analytics skills, enabling you to derive valuable insights to drive business decisions.
- You are effective in cross-functional project management, collaborating closely with both product and engineering teams.
- You have a strong attention to detail, you often find bugs or mistakes in products and proactively fix them.
