Conducts customer and stakeholder interviews and elaborates on personas.- Own the releases and sprint backlogs short-term roadmap for MVPs and quarterly releases.- Own and manage the backlog; continuously orders andprioritizes to ensure that 1-2 sprints/iterations of backlog are always ready.- Prioritize continuously in accordance with the understanding and validation of customer problems and needs.- Engage frequently with the development team; facilitate discussions,provide clarification, story acceptance and refinement, testing and validation; contributes to design activities and decisions.- Translate unstructured or ambiguous work requests into actionable user stories and work unit.- Partner with Development Leadership/Service Owners to ensure healthy development process.- Mentor junior team members.**Basic Qualifications**:- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in Business, STEM or a related discipline.- proven expertise in the overall lifecycle of the software development process.- Fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish.- Must be able to legally work within Mexico.**Desired **Characteristics/Technical** Expertise**:- Demonstrate superior persuasion and influencing skills that ensure alignment between customer, product manager and engineering teams.- Demonstrates strategic level skills in problem decomposition and ability to navigate through ambiguity.- Strong knowledge of software design and coding principles- Experience working in an Agile environmentFamiliarity with versatile implementation options- Demonstrates knowledge of web development technologies and/or UX experience- Experience working with or in a UX team is highly desired- Domain knowledge in the Grid/electric utility business (transmission, distribution, asset management), or comparable expertise is highly desired (control room software, SCADA systems, etc
