The DEO Product Development and Execution Team has an exciting opportunity for a proven Senior Technical leader who excels in program management, business strategy and planning, and factory execution.

The Senior Technical Program Manager, located in Guadalajara, will lead the transformation and enablement of an Intel program, while maintaining a high level of customer service, quality, and predictable and SDP commits.
With SDP platform execution as your primary focus, you will be an integral part of the product/system development teams who are responsible for managing development, execution, and delivery of all reference and development platforms/systems.
**The Senior Technical Program Manager will**:
- Possess a strong technical background and will converse technically with respect to platform architecture, design, validation, and manufacturing.
- Drive process improvements, ensure customer satisfaction, and align SDP deliveries within program milestones.
- Help to coordinate and drive demand collection, factory build, validation, and customer delivery, set strategy and direction for the SDP program, in concert with DCAI and DPEA strategic directives, while balancing the technical need vs business impact of project/program decisions and guardrails, exercises judgment and discretion to develop solutions, remove obstacles and redefine approaches, assesses risks and identifies solutions to the timely, efficient achievement of program goals.
- Work closely with original and contract manufacturers, you will partner organizations in US, China, Mexico, and India you will be influencing/leading strategy, managing budget, flawless planning, and execution.
**Qualifications**:** Minimum quaifications,**
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position:
- 3+ years of industry experience as Program Manager in Electronics Product Development, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience working with Datacenter technical concepts, architecture, systems, and product development methods.
- 3+ years of experience presenting to executives and external customers.
- Advanced English level.
**Preferred Qualifications,**
- Master's degree in Electrical engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering degree, Business administration or related field.
