Our organization provides services that enable critical customer experiences across all Amazon devices including Kindle, Fire TV, Fire Tablets, Amazon Echo, Smart Devices in addition to Amazon experiences on 3rd-party devices.As a Senior Technical Program Manager (Sr. TPM) on this team, you will be the program lead for driving new initiatives and solving scaling challenges across the org. This is a high visibility role that will require working with several engineering teams to scale our services, drive automation, and deliver efficiency gains at a high velocity. You will be responsible for influencing feature priorities and getting buy-in from engineering teams for delivery of a large cross-organization program. You will leverage your technical knowledge to represent trade-off decisions and solutions clearly to technical and business leaders to help them understand the various options, and help drive to the right decisions and outcomes. In this role, you will be one of the key leaders on the team and have an impact by defining strategy and requirements, developing processes and schedules, and driving forward progress on initiatives.
