This role has been categorized as a teleworker position. Teleworkers do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any part of Mexico, but preferably in Mexico City, as we would encourage attendance for occasional in-office events.

4+ years of Technical Program Management experience with related technologies, including leading significant cross-functional projects in mid-size or large companies2+ years of hands-on experience building software solutions within current industry standard technologies in big data2+ years of experience working with dev teams to design/architect data engineering solutionsA first-hand working understanding of current data architecture standards in the industryOutstanding oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements, and prioritize tasksStrong business and technical vision, and able to communicate that vision clearlyAbility to prioritize multiple opposing priorities in a fast-paced environmentA deep understanding of software development in a team, and a track record of shipping software on timeStrong customer relationship skills, including the ability to discover the true requirements underlying feature requests, recommend alternative technical and business approaches, and lead engineering efforts to meet ambitious timelines with efficient solutions
