Because of that, it's important that we find a customer service representative who is excited about entrepreneurship and driven to help small businesses succeed.We are fully remote, so you will interact daily over Slack with every person on our tight-knit team, including the leadership team who've launched multiple startups, raised millions of dollars in funding, and have experience creating and building successful businesses from the ground up.What will you do all day?To start, you'll become an expert in Zarla's AI tools and understand them better than anyone else. Your role is to know the answer to any question, so that's step one.After that, your daily job will be to make it simple for new customers to get the most out of Zarla. You'll offer chat, phone, or email support, in both English and Spanish. It might be something simple like domains, hosting, or account questions - or, you might be answering questions about SEO, local business marketing, or social media.You'll reach out and offer suggestions when you see a customer struggling, and you'll write down your process for the rest of the customer service team to follow so they can replicate what you did first. You'll also write customer tutorials and create how-to videos using screen-recordings.You'll be the brain behind our support operations and the last defense for our customer service team. You'll take the hardest questions, and if the support team is overloaded, you'll be right there with them making sure every customer gets helped in time.In addition, you'll gather feedback from customers so you can keep the leadership team up-to-date on how our customers are feeling. Or if you spot an issue with our AI tools, you'll bring it to our development team with an idea for how it should be fixed.The customer's success is what's important. So you'll constantly be looking for other great products that will help their businesses grow - if you can put together a plan for someone using three different free services, awesome! You've done your job well.About you:You're a great communicator. Whether it's English or Spanish, you're at a CEFR C1 or C2 level. But more than that, you're also good at customer support because you can take something super complicated and rip steps out to make it super easy.You're an optimizer - you naturally find the best path to success for whoever you're helping.Maybe you've always been that way, or maybe it comes from your years of experience in a customer-facing, service-oriented role
