You'll architect test stations, develop future technologies and products, and consider how to leverage sub-automation in the architecture.Contributes to security policy and standards; maintains accurate and comprehensive security policy and standards; designs mitigation strategies to address identified gaps in policy. Educates others (e.G., business partners, peers, industry) on security policy. Recognizes patterns and trends and recommends solutions for improvement.You will meet design specifications, drive efforts to ensure that verifications have been met, and manage risk and change to schedules. You will develop and maintain documentation on processes and procedures and document tasks your team is responsible for.You will develop appropriate test processes, perform tasks that align the current work with new products, and help define the best strategy. You'll collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure continuity of supply and conduct maintenance for all of a tester's elements.Works with factory, new product introduction (NPI), and dev engineering stakeholders to discuss different dev/test phase scenarios and how they can integrate new tools and automation options based on their understanding of test stages and tool/automation best practices. Works at the factory level at each test stage on the implementation of certain test tools as they build hardware/software into its end-state with some support from others
