Proposes, negotiates and coordinates Shopper Marketing plans aligned with the sales team.
Coordinates resources to ensure correct field execution, with the aim of increasing take away and building our focus brands permeating the Shopper Marketing strategy.
**What You Can Expect**:
- Elaborates annual Activation Plan in collaboration with Retail Channel Manager, coordinates, issues performance reports and manages budget.
- Assures the correct execution of the Annual Shopper Calendar Plan including loyalty program, visibility plans, pop material, sales force contests and all plans aimed to increase take away aligned to Brown Forman Mexico policies and procedure.
- Manages, keeps track and controls TMF and A&P budget ensuring a proper execution in the point of sales, aligned with the annual company strategy.
- Participates in the construction and planning of the Shopper Marketing calendar.
- Provides support to the Shopper & Visibility Channels area for controlling, managing and administrating T&E budget.
- Sales force and in-plant training related to shopper marketing activities such as: product launching, tastings and plan execution.
- Monthly market visits (depending on season) to check on our activities as well as our competitors.
- Follows up of contests for the sales force of its channel, being aligned with the rules and ensuring compliance.
- Negotiates continuously with suppliers for getting the best materials and costs aligned with our purchasing department.
- Channel POP material inventory administration.
**What Exactly Are We Looking For?
**:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree preferably in Marketing, Finance, Administration or Industrial Engineer.
- 3 to 5 years in similar positions in Trade / Shopper Marketing, Sales or Sales Operations.
- Budget planning and administration.
- Project planning and administration.
- Negotiation.
- English 80%.
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Information analysis.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
