Manages the system of identification and assignment of requirements of training (training curricula). Coordinates the evaluation/effectiveness of trainings and reports the results to the applicable personnel. Manages the training module for new recruits. He/she is responsible for the maintenance of the current training electronic system and training records. Could be required to supervise or work directly with other employees of the organization. Generally, reports to the training specialist or the manager of the assigned department.Identifies areas related to compliance, technical areas and of systems that require training. Designs and provides adequate training programs. Works along with all the groups within the plant to evaluate the areas where there are gaps in the performance related to the compliance in order to develop and recommend corrective measures.
