Senior Ui/Ux Designer

We're helping one of our clients, **Web Shop Manager**, hire for a **Senior UI/UX Designer.**

Location**:Remote (for Argentina, Colombia, Brazil, and Mexico residents).**

Skills**:Proficient in CSS, Sketch, Human-computer interaction, HTML, and Adobe Photoshop.**

Responsibilities and more:

- Lead the design process from concept to completion, including wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand requirements and translate them into compelling design solutions.
- Create and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all products and platforms.
- Advocate for user-centric design principles and best practices within the organization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our designs innovative and competitive.
