The Senior Digital Product Designer participates in customer experience improvement programs that use human-centered and design thinking methodologies. As a customer advocate, the Senior Digital Product Designer must understand the business case and help document not only how the design works but why it works for the business.
**Responsibilities**:
- You will Deliver interactive designs that make complex tasks easier and align with best practices in the market
- You will report directly to the Sr Manager Software Dev.
- You will work within a team to develop enhancements in a iterative fashion
- You will Create user research test plans and scenarios, conducting independent studies, and analyzing and presenting findings to justify design decisions
- You will translate user research, market research, and live-site test findings into design solutions that deliver value for our consumers and the business
- you will Facilitate design workshops with development teams to engage them on user needs and UX best practices
- You will present design work to the team members and partners
- Create wireframes, mockups, screen-flows and interactive prototypes
- You will develop design asset library
- You will work with developers who build interface designs, ensuring quality and accessibility
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives
**Requirements**:
- 4+ years of UI/UX Design experience, including prototyping and system design or relevant experience (Online portfolio may be requested)
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma with emphasis on Interface Design, Graphic Design or related fields
- Deep experience with one or more tools such as Sketch, InVision, Figma.
- Track record solving complex UI/UX problems and is passionate about creating usable, beautiful, and scalable solutions
- Prior experience conducting product discovery and usability tests, identify insights to influence product design decisions
- Familiarity with JavaScript, CSS, HTML.
- Promoter for all things UI/UX, including industry design trends, best practices and technology innovations
- Well versed in scrum methodology and working in an Agile environment
- Fluency in English
