**Job description**
The Product Design team is expanding and we are looking to hire a thoughtful, empathetic, and eager to learn Senior UX/UI Designer to join and support our efforts.The Product Design Team has two main responsibilities: to support STX Next projects with their expertise in Product Strategy, UX Design, Graphic Design and to provide new businesses (mostly SMEs) with idea refinement services and demo presentation materials.

**What does it mean to be a part of the Product Design Team?
**
You'll be part of a core team who will do all the research, initial design, and production-ready assets.
You'll be taking part in Discovery Workshops to help our client define the best approach in terms of building user experiences.
You'll help decide what the products and services will look and behave like.
You'll take part in spreading the excitement of design challenges among coworkers, in addition to being a key point of contact for the client.
You'll learn and build your skillset on the one hand and share and teach others on the other.
**Responsibilities**:
- Work alongside UX and UI Designers, Product Owners and Developers for our clients' projects.
- Create user interfaces that are both great looking and usable.
- Maintaining the high visual quality of deliverables from Product Design Team.
- Creating initial Product Design recommendations for clients after Discovery Workshops.
- Solve our clients' problems and arouse their appetite for more.
- Overview of the design process from the research to the final designs.
- Facilitate communication between the client and the design team.
- Support UI designers in active exploration and experimentation.
- Control the progress and value creation within leading projects.
- Digitalize workshops deliverables to create best practices, inspirations or recommendation reports offering insightful content and WOW-worthy visuals.
- Cooperate with Product Owners to plan and conduct project kickoff/discovery workshops.
- Supporting multiple development teams with your skills and knowledge.
- Understanding the digital product creation process.
- Providing clear deliverables and timelines.
- You are critical towards your own ideas and ready to adapt your concepts according to any new requirements.
- You proactively seek out new knowledge to broaden your design skillset.
- Articulating and recognising a "good design".
**Requirements**:
- 4 years experience in UX/UI (senior designer)
- Deep understanding of business fundamentals.
- Good command of English (C1)
- Experience working with Figma (is a plus if you also know Sketch or Adobe XD)
- Great portfolio of digital work
- Good understanding of HTML/CSS/JS (you won't be coding, but have to understand technology possibilities and limitations)
- Experience in creating prototypes and animations for micro-interactions
- Experience in designing with UI frameworks (Material Design, Bootstrap)
- Experience in drawing, designing and knowing how to sell ideas to clients and teams.
