_Location: Remote, anywhere in Mexico._- This is a contractor role._We're looking for a **Senior UX P**roduct Designer** to join our remote design team. You'll report to Daniel Randolph and be joining a fast-growing company focused on revolutionizing the in-home healthcare experience. You'll work closely with product, engineering, and stakeholders to rethink how we deliver healthcare for a broad range of customers. As an early design team member this role is integral to DispatchHealth's success.**What You'll Do**- Translate feature ideas into effective design solutions- Drive all phases of the design process on small to medium-scale projects, working closely with your product and engineering partners- Be an advocate for our customers and design thinking- In the first 90 days, you'll immerse yourself in understanding our customers - patients, providers and partners, and getting to know your team- In the first year, you'll work cross-functionally to define and ship features that positively impact our customers and business**Who You'll Work With**- You'll collaborate on a product team with a product manager, engineering manager, a team of engineers and a data analyst- A small, but growing design team passionate about building the future of healthcare- Large opportunities for growth in a fast moving start up, with the support to help you grow in your career**Who You Are**- 5+ Years of product design experience- Ability to deliver hands-on work and tie it back to product strategy- Comfort with all aspects of the product design process, including discovery, concepting, design and development, and implementation- Ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships- Value inclusive design and accessibility- Curiosity is your superpower, you're a sponge when it comes to product and design learning- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience**Bonus Points**- Experience creating within a design system across web and native apps- Familiarity with healthcare/enterprise software tools- DispatchHealth is committed to creating and supporting a diverse and inclusive team and serving all communities.
