We are seeking an experienced Videogame UX Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing user-centered flows that enhance the overall gaming experience. Your expertise will help us create intuitive and engaging interfaces that foster a strong connection between players and our game.**Responsibilities**:**Design User-Centered Experiences**:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement user-centered experiences that meet the needs of our players.- Conduct user research to identify pain points and areas for improvement in our games.**Create Compelling UI/UX Designs**:- Develop visually appealing and intuitive UI/UX designs that align with our brand identity.- Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for various platforms.**Conduct Usability Testing and Feedback**:- Plan and execute usability testing sessions to validate design decisions and gather feedback from players.- Analyze test results and incorporate feedback into design iterations.**Work with Developers and Artists**:- Communicate design requirements and vision to developers and artists.- Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration of design elements.**Requirements**:- **3+ Years of Experience**:- Proven experience in videogame UX design, with a focus on creating engaging and user-centered experiences.- **Strong Design Skills**:- Portfolio showcasing your design work, including UI/UX designs, wireframes, and prototypes.- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.- **User Research and Testing**:- Experience conducting usability testing and gathering feedback from players.- Familiarity with user research methods, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing.- **Communication and Collaboration**:- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
