The job Our design team works on a wide variety of products and services such as Customer Service and Sales (CX), Marketing (CMX), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Resource management (ERP), Human Capital Management (HCM).The HCM design team is responsible for the design of Oracle'sHCM cloud applications. We are looking for multi-faceted Product Designers to design resourceful interactions, high-quality visuals and engaging experiences based on a deep understanding of our users & customers, and the complexity of their needs, tasks and objectives. We often work in close collaboration with our customers and get the opportunity to see the impact of our work on their work lives.The role of designers at Oracle includes the following: Building a deep understanding of customers, team members, business requirements, products, and technologies.
