This will be a hybrid role.What You'll DoYou will be responsible for designing intuitive, efficient interfaces that address the needs of logistics professionals, ranging from drivers to supply chain managers and financial operations. You will play a key role in transforming complex workflows into user-friendly designs, improving efficiency and satisfaction across our user base. Your work will directly impact the way goods are transported, tracked, and managed globally. Lead UX design from concept to completion, ensuring a seamless and user-centered experience.Conduct in-depth user research, interviews, and analysis to understand pain points and requirements of users in the freight and logistics industry.Create and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, focusing on simplicity and usability in complex logistics workflows.Develop and maintain a cohesive design system, ensuring consistency across multiple products and touchpoints.Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate user insights into actionable design solutions.Incorporate data-driven decisions using analytics and user feedback to continually refine and optimize the user experience.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the UX design remains innovative and competitive.Qualifications5+ years of UX design experience, with a strong preference for experience in the logistics, freight, or supply chain sectors.Proven ability to lead large-scale design projects and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma.Experience designing for complex, data-driven systems with an emphasis on simplifying user interactions.Strong communication skills, able to articulate design decisions and advocate for user-centered design solutions.Familiarity with the challenges of B2B software, particularly within industries that rely on operational efficiency.Previous experience in payments or freight, or a strong understanding of the challenges and workflows within the industry.A track record of successfully building and implementing design systems across multiple products.Technical Acumen: Familiarity with modern product management tools and methodologies (Agile, Lean, Jira, Linear, Confluence).#J-18808-Ljbffr
