**The role:As a Senior User Experience (UX) Designer at Intel 471, you will play a crucial role in crafting intuitive and impactful user experiences for our specialized Cyber Threat Intelligence solutions.
Working closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders, you will gain a deep understanding of the cybersecurity domain and translate user needs into innovative design solutions.
**Key Duties & Responsibilities:- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas and concepts effectively.- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand Product Requirements Documents, user needs, and technical requirements.- Work on the UX design process for our flagship product, from user research and concept ideation to wireframing, prototyping, and final delivery.- Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to gather insights and validate design decisions.- Define and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components to ensure consistency and coherence across all product experiences.- Support engineers with precise specs and engage with them to ensure that implementation covers all design requirements.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, design tools, and UX trends to continuously improve our design process and deliverables.
**Education, Experience & Qualifications**:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or related field.- 7+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and deliverables.- Advanced level of working with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.- Solid knowledge of the main design systems (Material Design, Human Interface Design, etc).- Intermediate level of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.- Understanding of the main principles of Typography, Colour theory, User research, Accessibility, Data visualization.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale clearly and persuasively.- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability principles, and design thinking methodologies
