We bring together the brightest minds to create breakthrough technology solutions, helping our customers make their mark on the world.The eCommerce, Experience, and Change Leadership Organization is looking for a** Senior UX Professional **to **drive the evolution of the HPE B2B eCommerce Experience to enable an intuitive, innovative, and frictionless digital purchase and reorder experience.****How you´ll make your mark**- Own and drive the eCommerce platform user experience from end-to-end- Analyse eCommerce portal visitor data to determine improvement areas and collaborate with the eCommerce Operations, Platform and Capabilities teams and HPE business units to** Identify and prioritize the most important experience aspects.**:- Design and conduct** user research** (from discovery to evaluative, from qualitative to quantitative) and effectively communicate research insights to influence design decisions.- Gain a deep understanding and advocate customer needs through storytelling, including content writing, visual, and verbal communication.- **Report to senior leadership** findings, strategy, cost requirements and overall project in coordination with our eCommerce Platform and capabilities organization and IT.- Iterate through the UX/UI design process where you will work with visual designers to create supporting artifacts including low-fidelity sketches and wireframes, build interactive prototypes, and deliver high-fidelity designs.- Deliver supporting artifacts for multiple digital strategy engagements, including user flows, experience, and customer journey maps, personas, competitive analysis, and heuristic evaluations.- **Work with business stakeholders to gain alignment** on design plans and ensure that experience roadmaps are successfully executed.**About You**- 5+ years of UX/UI experience- 3+ years of eCommerce experience. B2B is a plus- Excellent understanding of Ecommerce UX best practices- Solid foundation in usability and accessibility standards- Portfolio of work demonstrating UX design skills and processes.- Experience owning B2B/eCommerce projects end-to-end from interviewing stakeholders to delivering high-fidelity designs- Advanced English**Skills**- Outstanding UX/UI ability, including interaction design, visual design, product thinking.- Ability to analyse and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data from user research with experience in usability tests and defining / analysing metrics to inform design decisions.- Ability to conceptualize, develop and articulate design decisions to key stakeholders.- Good collaboration skills, comfortable working with a global and agile team.- Exceptional communication, presentation, active listening, and problem-solving skills
