As an Verification Quality Lead Engineer at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be responsible for leading a team to ensure that the DRAM verification design activities meet the highest standards and requirements.
As part of your work, you will be working with verification experts to identify, enable, and propagate state-of-the-art verification methodologies, strategies, and solutions across the organization.
This position is being offered in Guadalajara, Mexico.
Responsibilities and Duties include, but not limited to:
Collaborate with verification experts to identify, enable, and propagate verification methodologies, strategies, and solutions across the organization.
Enable and maintain the JAMA verification requirement management system.
Author verification training programs.
Participate and audit the verification activities and reviews.
Collaborate and conduct occasional off-hour meetings with international team members.
Manage the project verification and silicon fail feedback learning process.
Build solid relationships with various engineering teams, business units, and cross-functional organizations within Micron.
Translate strategy to action; influence, negotiation, change management, and presentation.
Develop an expert-level understanding in the DRAM circuit design and verification.
Build, manage and mentor a tightly coupled verification quality team.
Qualifications and Skills include, but not limited to:
5+ years of experience in VLSI Circuit Design or Verification.
A Bachelors, or equivalent experience in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Effective consultative and influencing approach, including solid technical writing skills (Required).
Excellent interpersonal, planning, communication, and presentation skills.
Acute project management skills.
Experience with requirements management tools, e.g. JAMA (Preferred).
