As a Verification Quality Lead Engineer at Micron, you will lead a team to ensure DRAM verification design activities meet the highest standards and requirements. Responsibilities: Collaborate with verification experts to identify, enable and propagate verification methodologies, strategies and solutions across the organization. Enable and maintain the JAMA verification requirement management system. Author verification training programs. Participate and audit verification activities and reviews. Collaborate and conduct occasional off-hour meetings with international team members. Manage the project verification and silicon fail feedback learning process. Build solid relationships with various engineering teams, business units and cross-functional organizations within Micron. Translate strategy to action; influence, negotiation, change management and presentation. Develop an expert-level understanding in the DRAM circuit design and verification. Build, manage and mentor a tightly coupled verification quality team. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in VLSI Circuit Design or Verification. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field. Effective consultative and influencing approach, including solid technical writing skills. Excellent interpersonal, planning, communication and presentation skills. Acute project management skills. Experience with requirements management tools, e.g. JAMA.
