Within the area, the Consumer Care teams support this process by guaranteeing the best aftersales services, offering extraordinary experiences to our consumers in order to turn them into ambassadors for our brand.What you'll do:As a Warranty Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of warranty process auditors, providing strategic direction, and driving process improvements, aiming to translate our collected data into actionable insights. If you have great analytical and organizational skills, are results-oriented, and can easily communicate and establish relationships with others, this position is meant for you!In detail, you will:Lead and manage a team of warranty process auditors, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback; Develop and implement effective audit processes to ensure compliance with warranty policies and procedures; Analyze warranty claims data to identify trends, patterns, and potential areas for cost reduction; Prepare comprehensive financial reports and analysis on warranty costs, reserves, and performance metrics; Develop and maintain KPIs for the area to measure warranty performance and identify improvement opportunities; Stay up to datewith industry trends and best practices in warranty management, identifying opportunities for improvements to reduce warranty claims and costs; Identify and mitigate warranty fraud and abuse.As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/C2W).Who you are:You have:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related areas; Experience withwarranty management, including claims analysis and process improvement; Strong knowledge of data analysis and financial modeling; Advanced Officeskills (Excel, PowerPoint); Advanced English.Where you'll be:You will be based at the Mexico City LA Commercial Office
