Job description Responsible for managing the technology transformation of Investment and Wealth solutions team (IWS), including the implementation of the Future State Architecture and overseeing the day-to-day system transactions of all IWS products and systems, supervising production support and working closely with Transformation, Business, Systems, and Regulatory areas (Risk, Compliance, Legal, Taxes). The main functions of the role include:Holistic design of the IWS products and services, manage in collaboration with the Transformation team the project's portfolio, define and coordinate the different working teams, ensure new development and changes are aligned to HSBC's standards, demonstrate the financial profitability of all projects.Prepare the annual global budget request, review and challenge the IT estimations and profitability of business cases prepared by the product owners, present in global forums the annual book of work. Once the budget is allocated, request IT the expenditure plan, supervise the correct allocation as per plan, reorganize priorities as per execution and new priorities.Act as an Agile ambassador to foster and guide IWS members on this framework, educate and promote its application in day-to-day work, prepare the ceremony of Project Incremental (PI) for IWS quarterly, and participate in the different ceremonies (ART sync, System demo, daily stand-up, among others).Identify, communicate, and properly manage risks and dependencies, prepare status reports to local and global forums, follow up on financial results vs. plans.Design, implement, and manage tools for creating and improving technology and operational processes for the product life cycle; from pre-sale, operation, and post-sales of the product or service.Coordinate, identify, and guide continuous improvement in the management and execution of projects considering the implementation of the bank's agile framework.Main ResponsibilitiesEnsure projects are delivered within budget, scope, timeline, regulatory requirements, and business definitions.Ensure adequate resources are allocated to the project, handle conflicts or constraints.Ensure the solutions delivered to the business are aligned with the strategy, scalable, and meet customer needs.Ensure regulatory compliance requirements, internal policy, and product governance are met. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; preferably an MBA or Master in Finance.Solid technical understanding and ability to define and refine requirements through a project lifecycle.Knowledge of Agile / scrum methodologies of project delivery, and project management tools such as Clarity, JIRA, and Confluence.Understanding of investments, wealth management products and services (desirable AMIB 3 Certification).Strong networking, influencing, and communication skills with client focus and delivery.Able to communicate proficiently in English and the local language.#J-18808-Ljbffr
