ONE400's mission is to create and implement next generation law marketing solutions that allow law firms and legal tech organizations, offer services that promote access to justice, improve the quality of legal services and reach a broader audience.**Description****Requirements**:- Must be familiar with current design trends and have a fundamental understanding of web based/digital technologies- Must be a team player and flourish in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment- Experience with Adobe Xd, Figma, Ps, Ai, Id, Sketch, Invision and Zeplin- A natural sense of design and composition- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Open to constructive criticism and customer feedback- Familiar with HTML and CSS- Strong fundamental understanding of UI, UX principles- Experience in wireframing using figma, Xd and/or Sketch- Creative problem solver and Process Driven**Responsibilities**:- Design websites for clients- Craft solutions for layout and styling issues across multiple browsers and mobile devices.- Design, create, and maintain web content to meet marketing requirements.- Work with developers to ensure backend processes to and from the website transition smoothly.- Design, create, and optimize graphic content for social media, online ads, and website use.- Research, purchase, and customize stock photography to reflect marketing message.- Mentor junior designers in weekly one-on-one advanced design concepts coaching sessions, and provide feedback on practice assignments.- Work with product managers to design user experience work flows and digital concepts for client pitches- Work with marketing personnel to customize online marketing campaigns, and organize and manage all online marketing collateral.- Gather feedback from deliverables and pitch design concepts to clients- Design the website's visual imagery and ensure it's in line with company branding policy or the requirements of the client**Benefits of working at ONE400**:- Open paid time off- Competitive pay- Our dress code is "No dress code!"- Ongoing education opportunities- Team social events (lunches, picnics, happy hour)- Travel to our U.S. based offices- A company that values your contributions and lets you independently pursue solutions for the benefit of our clients.***- Job Types: Full-time, Contract**Salary: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per month
