We empower our people and customers to build, innovate and grow, so together we can redefine the ecommerce industry.BigCommerce, named a "Best Place to Work" in 2024, is looking for a Senior HRIS Workday System Administrator who is an ambitious, technically savvy, problem-solving, and organized individual to support our human resources efforts in HR/Operations and company culture.**To be considered an applicant you must reside in Mexico**What You'll Do:Workday System Management: Oversee the daily operations of the Workday platform, ensuring system integrity, stability, and security for all the designated modules.Configuration and Customization: Manage system configurations, customizations, and integrations to meet the organization's unique HR and business requirements.Module Support: Provide expert-level support for Core, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Optimization, Advanced Compensation, Absence, or Workday Help modules, addressing user inquiries and resolving system-related issues promptly.System Enhancements: Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify opportunities for system optimization, efficiency improvement, and user experience enhancements.Testing and Deployment: Lead testing efforts for system upgrades, patches, and enhancements before deploying them to production, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.Security and Compliance: Ensure compliance with data security standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies governing sensitive HR information.Data Integrity and Reporting: Monitor data integrity within the system, troubleshoot data discrepancies, and generate accurate and timely reports for various stakeholders.Documentation and Training: Maintain comprehensive system documentation, including configurations, procedures, and guidelines. Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance system understanding and adoption.Vendor Management: Collaborate with Workday consultants and vendors to address escalated issues, track service requests, and participate in system enhancement projects.Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday releases, industry best practices, and trends to propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives.Who You Are:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.5+ years of experience as a Workday System Administrator focusing on Core, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Optimization, Advanced Compensation, Absence, or Workday Help modules
