As a consultant, your engagement with various departments will be crucial in executing change management plans, as well as developing and delivering training programs.RESPONSIBILITIES- Participation in the successful implementation of the Change Management Plan across different departments- Contribution to the creation and delivery of training programs for administrators and business users- Involvement with stakeholders for feedback collection and assessment of change impacts- Maintenance of documentation pertaining to change management activities and training sessions- Facilitation of workshops and training sessions, ensuring clear presentation and comprehension of information- Gathering of feedback from training participants and other stakeholders to evaluate training effectiveness and propose enhancements**REQUIREMENTS**:- A minimum of 3 years' experience in backing change management and training programs within IT projects- Demonstrable expertise in instructional design, training delivery, and change management methodologies- Proven experience in aiding cloud migrations or CMS platforms- Outstanding communication skills for the facilitation of training sessions and support of change communication endeavors- Aptitude for conducting training needs assessments and stakeholder impact assessments- English proficiency at an advanced level or higher for seamless communication with the team and stakeholders
