Collaboration with SCI Manager and Analyst to provide sensory information and consumer insights, and collaboration with Regional and Global SCI colleagues.
High customer interaction to present insights and results through a convincing dialogue to support Symrise's proposals and position the company as a reliable partner.
Responsibilities Contribute to the administration and maintenance of sensory panels (external and internal), delivering high quality and reliable results on time.Propose ways of working for the different projects assigned to the area, focused on the desired results, generating value propositions, opening opportunities to new businesses, and giving continuity to the current ones.Share and present results to external and internal customers with focus in the main insights and making recommendations to achieve the objective of the project.Lead the assigned projects, taking responsibility from the beginning to the end, coordinating the activities with the other team members (sensory and other areas) and granting the delivery and presentation of results on time and with the expected quality of information.Together with the Sensory Analyst, contribute with Regional and Global SCI teams sharing and supporting the implementation of the corresponding SCI methodologies (best practices and new methodologies).Support and participate in global and regional SCI activities for the achievement of the area objectives.Execute day by day activities under the sustainability and safety guidelines and objectives of the company.
Register and update the sensory tests and consumer research in PACE/CX, SharePoint and SCI tests database.Together with the SCI Specialist support the administration of the laboratory managing the product and materials inventory, including the incentives for the sensory panels.
Requisitos de Trabajo 6 to 8 years of experience in sensory and consumer areas working in the food and beverages, or related industriesFood Chemist or Food Engineering degreeAdvanced English level (written and spoken), with easiness to express his ideas and make presentations in this language.Technical knowledge: Advance sensory and consumer research methodologies, sensory and statistical analysis software.
MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc.
