With quality, logistics and innovation as the backbone of the company, Sourceability's cutting-edge products and services expedite the procurement process across a wide range of industries, including communications/cellular, consumer electronics, and auto manufacturing.About the Role**Essential functions**:- Drive organic growth into related E-commerce funnels- Oversee and manage all link development processes and initiatives including the identification of quality link sources and maintenance of a healthy backlink profile- Generate regular SEO performance reporting dashboards, and proactively monitor performance insights to identify success and opportunity- Perform regular crawls and audits to identify gaps and opportunities- Integrate technical SEO, Core Web Vitals optimizations and reporting tools such as Lighthouse and Chrome DevTools to identify site performance recommendations- Collaborate with Content, Engineering and Design teams with heavy emphasis on coordination and execution- Stay up-to-date on industry search trends and SEO tactics**Qualifications**:- 5+ years of proven ability in B2B SEO- Expert knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics and SEMRush- Experience using Screaming Frog or other crawler- Basic HTML and CSS experience required- Experience optimizing websites based on industry trends and deep analytical data- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, as well as presentation experience- Experience with Jira ticketing system preferred- Ability to work under pressure- Professional proficiency in English**Who You Are**:- A self-starter who knows when to escalate- You are comfortable driving direction out of ambiguity- You get energized by collaborating with other stakeholders to discover new paths to success- You embrace learning in and contributing to a rapidly growing business- You are passionate about leveraging data to find truth and demonstrate insights- You are driven to challenge the status quo in order to improve results
