**Title of the position**:**Program Manager Serial Life**:**BG / Division / Site**:**FAS / NAO / Auburn Hills, MI HQ**:**Directly reporting to**:**Program director / CBU director**:**Functionally reporting to**:**N/A**:**Overall responsibilities and duties**:As manager of the Program in serial life, he/she is responsible for the achievement of the Program improvement actions in terms of Quality and Profitability from handover to production site to end of life. Therefore he/she needs to get an overview of the program Quality and Profitability results. Program Manager in Serial Life can manage several programs.**The main missions of the role are**:- Ensure the necessary resources are provided in due time from the different functions (Sales, Controlling, Costing, Plant Purchasing, Quality, Product & Process Engineering )- Manage serial life program performance through indicators (Customer PPM, Scrap, Operating Margin )- Initiate in strong relationship with the Operations and Manage convergence plan to achieve the targets- Cascade Program objectives on to the functions- Act as official Faurecia Program representative towards the customer- Ensure a permanent reservoir of productivity ideas,- Ensure program documentation organization for data continuity between customers, suppliers, R&D centres and Plants,- Organize communication throughout the program life including confidentiality management,- Ensure that the functions use the Faurecia standard tools- Ensure the compliance of Programs with Customer Quality systems, HSE, Safety and Regulation standards***:**Qualifications**:**Minimum education level**:Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related field.**:**Experience**:- Experience in Design & Development or in Industrial Operations in Automotive sector- Seniority: 6 experience years minimum**Skills & Competencies**:- Knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, design of experiment, functional analysis)- Master Faurecia Program Management System (internal) or Program management knowledge in particularly in matrix organization (external)- English fluent- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Network animation and influencing skills- Planning and organizing skills- Ability to work in a matrix organization in a cooperative and positive way- International mindset
