Server/Bartender

Location: SM City PampangaTraining: in BGC Manila for 1-2 monthsResponsibilities:Welcome customers and help determine their orders; Accept cash andreturn the correct change; Tally money in the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each work shift; Relay customers' orders to the kitchen staff; Clean and arrange eating, service, and kitchen spaces; Respond to customer inquiries, issue receipts, and record customer suggestions; Process customer orders and record them in the restaurant database; Ensure guest happiness and satisfaction; Greet all guests with an upbeat, friendly attitude; Offer menu descriptions and samples; Complete cash and card transactions; Accommodate allguest needs during their dining experience; Keep the diningroom and server stations clean; Food running;Answer phones/to-go orders.Requirements:Good mathematical skills; Bachelor's Degree or Sr. High School diploma; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Proven experience in a customer service role is an advantage; Must be able towork a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Job Type: Full-timePay: Php14,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per monthSchedule:8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:13th month salaryCommission payOvertime payEducation:Bachelor's (Preferred)Experience:Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)#J-18808-Ljbffr
