- Advanced level English skills
- Great interpersonal skills. Waiters must always have the support of the collaborators and gain the confidence trust and respect for customers
- Great organizational skills. Can effectively organize and follow table allocations, server assignment, and incident management
- Mantain a professional attitude both on and off the floor with all departments
