**Responsibilities**- Technical on Compute solutions like MS AD, Servers- Bring Industry best practices to ensure operational stability- Work on Service improvement projects across in partnership with internal and partner teams- Explore opportunities to optimize the resources- Relevant years of experience in Installation, configuration and troubleshooting knowledge on several compute technologies- Should have good understanding with extensive hands-on experience on Active Directory Services, Servers Setup, Virtualization and Backups.- Provide Lead technical support on all, including complex compute issues - liaising with customer representatives or vendors and supporting/directing other support staff where appropriate.
