**Your tasks**:

- Maintain customer specific database systems and Brose SAP systems (Sales Orders, Delivery Notes, Invoicing/shipments, ISP, etc ) - is expert in customer poral usage
- Support annual sales planning strategy by updating the details of future business projections into our database (ISP, MID).
- Follows up open invoices/payments in alignment with Account Manager and Finance
- Manages OEM Tooling Invoicing in alignment with Account Manager and according to Brose standards - organize invoices, asset tags and photos for audit, prepare customer documents, follow up with customer
- Records Management - Customer contracts (Tooling / Pc Price / Prototype)
- Manages commercial change management documentation between customer and Brose, incl. GECOS, SAP, customer change management system - tracks and closes open topics
- Assist Account Managers with new business proposals, develop and prepare quotations for new and service business, market analysis, benchmarking, presentations
- Manages directed parts pricing and change management process (GECOS/customer process) in alignment with purchasing and Account Manager - including potential alignment with customer and Brose finance

**Your Profile**:

- Bachelor Degree
- 2 to 3 years of prior experience in industrial support function (customer service, sales support, back office functions)
- English fluent
- Experience in automotive industry preferred
