Performs a variety of over-the-counter customer service, administrative, and clerical duties requiring direct and indirect customer interface._x000D_ _x000D_ Assists customer by tracing packages, answering questions regarding FedEx products and services and providing over-the-counter service and over the phone service. Types or otherwise prepares various operations reports. Handles customers with packages in cage. Maintains and audits records and files as assigned (airway bills). Review airway bills and register as necessary. Checks packages to ensure proper labeling, legality of content including weight and size, proper wrapping, insurance values, special requirements for hazardous material shipment and compliance with Customs documentation required at destination. Provides administrative and clerical support to Station Ops Manager. Interfaces with customers on customs related issues. Maintains neat and clean appearance of the workplace/front counter, self and uniform. Recognizes new customers or additional business opportunities, opens new accounts, obtains additional shipments and submits sales leads.

High School degree/Equivalent. Previous clerical or customer service experience in a service environment. Good general office skills required including typing, filing and computer literacy. Excellent communication, organizational and human relations skills. Clear and articulate speaking voice. Clean cut and neat appearance. Ability to successfully complete the Reading, Listening, Sorting and Math sections of the Basic Skills Test. Ability to lift 70 lbs (32 kgs) and to maneuver any single package weighing up to 150 lbs. (68 kgs) with appropriate equipment. Spoken and written fluency in local language and demonstrated basic English language. Able to work variable shifts.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência administrativa o de servicio al cliente en un entorno de servicio o 18 meses de experiência como mínimo en puestos de Service Agent.
- Preparatoria concluida
- Capaz de trabajar turnos variables.
- Buenas habilidades generales de oficina, incluyendo mecanografía, archivo y conocimientos informáticos.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, organización y relaciones humanas.
- Voz clara y articulada.
- Capacidad para completar con éxito las secciones de lectura, comprensión auditiva, clasificación y matemáticas de la prueba de habilidades básicas.
- Capacidad para levantar 32 Kg y maniobrar cualquier paquete que pese hasta 68 Kg con el equipo apropiado.
