DescriptionInternational company is now on the search for aService Center AdministratorSummary of Job:- Oversee the implementation of the company's marketing and operation programs and ensure its compliance.- Follow up on complaints from distributors related to the operation of Service Centers.- Preparation of annual budget to manage visits to the SC and manage their approval.- Plan and execute the Service Centers Semi-Annual Meetings- To improve and maintain good relationship between the Company, the network Members and Service Centers.- Ensure that the applicants for the opening of new Service Centers, comply with all the requirements issued by the Company.- Ensure the proper closure of a service center, receive the letter of intent to close and all documentation, validating that the inventory is zeroed.- Keep the Service Center contact information up to date- Visit every Service Center along Mexico Country and supervise the business runs accordingly with the Company's policies and guidelines.- Ensure that the Service Center runs with legality and conformity to established regulations.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:1. Responsible to improve and maintain good relationship between Management andnetwork members.3. Oversee that all products deliveries are documented and recorded properly4. Ensure the prompt services in daily processing orders of products and accurate release of requested products delivery Service Centers.**Requirements**:Job Skills and Knowledge Requirements:1. Advanced English level.2. Advanced Microsoft Office.3. Advanced management of Local and foreign health regulation4. Bachelor's degree in Administration or any other related field5.Avalability to travel, time availability (Travel expenses paid)6. Working hours: Monday to Saturday 09:00 a.M. - 06:00 pm.
