You are driven and see solutions rather than problems, effectively prioritizing and executing tasks.About the job:The role of the Service & Commissioning Engineer will be to lead and coordinate activities at customer sites in support of service and capital projects on skids and larger systems for Food Systems. In the absence of on-site activities, focus will be on supporting execution of service and capital projects as well as design and process improvement.As a part of the team, you will:Perform site inspections & installation supervision prior to commissioning activities.Participate in performance or process audits and drive troubleshooting.Perform pre-commissioning and commissioning activities on customer sites.Provide training to operators on customer sites.Run pilot tests to collect data for system design.Manage after-sales service upgrades/modifications in existing systems.Take part in customer meetings during startup, testing, and site activities.Report site activities to stakeholders through daily reports.Work with several software to ensure clients' expectations.Provide online assistance connecting to customer's control system remotely.What you know:Experience with evaporation systems, aseptic equipment, and edible oil processes is a plus.Solid knowledge in automation systems TIA portal and/or Studio 5000.You are:BS in Electronic/Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronic engineering or related experience.Have five (5) years of experience with project/process engineering, commissioning, or field service experience.Have been working in an international setup with a good cross-cultural perspective is an advantage.Possess networking capabilities, organizational skills & cross-cultural understanding.Ready to travel up to 60% within & outside the USA.Capable of independently coordinating activities on site.English and Spanish skills B2-C1.This is an important and exciting role that will require a professional capable of working in a hands-on environment as well as showing softer skills such as resilience, agility, and dynamism.#J-18808-Ljbffr
