At Normet everyone is provided with opportunities to reach their full potential, valuing the differences of diverse backgrounds and experiences.This new integrant for staff would be doing the next activities:- Review travels expenses reports overall for all personnel Service.- Following and control Administrative Service materials (PPE, Consumable, service materials, etc)- Following and control Service maintenance to infrastructure, administrative building, Structure Service Workshop and Structure Storage Warehouse).- Following and control payment for consumes (Electricity, water, phone, contracts rent printers, etc.)- Following and control payments contract rents for industrial storages.- Following Contracts insurance.- Searching agreement with new vendors Customs Broker for best conditions for forwarding.- Attending to developing new agreemtns for cosnignments with importnat clients.- Following with clients documentations for new agreemnets for contracts rental fleet with several clients.- Gathering documentations with vendors to accomplish nacional rules and regulations.- Control fixed asset Service Workshop and Warehouse and developing Capex for replacement..- Join us in helping our customers to build the safest workplaces underground!_
