We collaborate with our development teams in science, mechanical and electrical engineering, physics, and geoscience to develop innovative drilling tools.Partner with the bestThe Service Delivery Coordinator ensures that Baker Hughes maximizes its short and long-term revenue, profit, and cash collection opportunity by ensuring flawless execution, on-time delivery, contract adherence, and cash collection for the assigned jobs.As a Service Delivery Coordinator - Field Services Operations, you will be responsible for:Ensuring that Baker Hughes maximizes its short and long-term revenue, profit, and cash collection opportunity by ensuring flawless execution.Coordinating the required job activities across organizational boundaries to ensure Baker Hughes executes the job in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions.Ensuring the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon.Coordinating and monitoring all job activities as outlined in MTJC across organizational boundaries.Being responsible for scheduling and dispatching of resources in line with job requirements.Contacting the client for job preparation, execution, and close-out, and managing the relationship to ensure business success for BHGE.Ensuring the proper process is followed when there is a risk of not achieving the client's objectives.Escalating the issues that can impact service delivery.Ensuring invoices are in line with contract/quote, with no revenue leakage and timely collection of cash.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have a bachelor's degree in engineering (electronic, mechanical, or petroleum) from an accredited university and relevant industry experience within the product line.Have 5 years of prior experience in roles such as directional field engineer/remote engineer, applications engineer, or similar.Be able to demonstrate experience in a leadership or supervisory role.Have the ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.Be able to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
